It's a picture of Casper in the bathtub of our bathroom. The chairs were in place to prevent him from getting into the bathroom. Somehow, he keeps getting past the chairs and then getting into the bathtub. This is how we keep finding him when we get home. What's worse is that he can't even get out of the tub without our help.
